"Buckeyes Forever! Gee O-H-I-O"

Taking a picture with Gordon Gee was on my senior bucket list before graduating from OSU. My friends and I spotted him and asked if we could take an OH-I-O picture with him- he replied, "That sounds like fun!" I was happy to check that off my list and shake the hand of our beloved Buckeye President!

It started out as a simple football cheer. But today, "O-H-I-O" means the whole package: strong athletic traditions, major school spirit, academic achievements, and outreach efforts.

Gameday O-H-I-O

Fans, band members, and even Brutus showed their Buckeye pride outside the Shoe before the Ohio State v. Minnesota game (Oct. 24, 2009).
