The Indonesian buckeyes commemorate Batik , the Indonesian traditional clothing made using a manual wax-resist dyeing technique. In 2009, UNESCO officially announce Indonesia's Batik as one of "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity" http://www.unesco.org/culture/ich/RL/00170
